Anonymous Compliments

It’s January 2021, Christmas has just been cancelled. Everyone is, understandably, bloody miserable.

As a natural people pleaser (something my therapist and I are working on), I was determined to cheer up my entirely company from home. How to do it? Telling people how great they are.

I launched an EMEA-wide internal Anonymous Compliments campaign challenging my entire company to tell their colleagues just how much they mean to them.

We delivered over a whopping 500 completely unique compliments and made a lot of people very happy.
